Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage and input product information into our system. The ideal candidate will work with suppliers to gather data, extract the necessary details, and ensure all entries are accurate and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers to gather required product information.
• Extract relevant data such as product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Enter and update data into our internal systems with precision.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
• Organize and manage data files for easy access and retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data entry tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Mandatory Secure English Language Test (SELT) results taken less than 12 months ago. (or demonstrate willingness to take the test).
