Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled at coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Monitor project progress and address risks or issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with goals.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Mandatory Secure English Language Test (SELT) results taken less than 12 months ago. (or demonstrate willingness to take the test).
