Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to assist with processing and entering large volumes of data into various systems. As a remote team member, you will work independently, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Input data into spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems with accuracy and speed.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy, correcting errors as needed.
- Organize and maintain data files and ensure all records are properly documented.
- Perform regular data updates and backups to ensure data security.
- Assist with data-related research and reporting tasks.
- Support team members in administrative duties and other projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with data management systems or CRMs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mandatory Secure English Language Test (SELT) results taken less than 12 months ago. (or demonstrate willingness to take the test).
